mail-list.com offers several pricing options to accommodate different mailing list features and sizes. We charge based on how many messages we deliver in a typical month for you. The number of subscribers multiplied by the number of messages sent. So if you have 2,000 subscribers, and send out 3 messages in one month, that's 6,000 messages delivered.

All options start with a one-time setup fee which allows you to try our services for one month, risk free. If you are happy with your first month of service, we will send you an invoice for a full year of mailing list hosting. If you are not happy, we will return all of your setup fee.

Your one-time setup fee allows us to learn about your specific needs, set your list up, email you your Owner's Manual, answer all of your questions via telephone or email, and operate your list for one month.

We typically learn about your mailing list needs with a 10 or 15 minute phone conversation, but we can also exchange emails if you prefer. This one-time setup fee will also allow you to operate as many lists as you want without any additional setup charges.

Regular List Features

Our system will provide the capabilities for subscribers to get on your list, get off your list, and to change their email address. Either through email or our web page, their choice. Our system complies with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.

Our system will handle bounce messages and automatically remove the failing email address from your list after 3 bounces.

Our system will allow you and anybody you designate to send messages to your list. Either from your email reader, or from our web page. All messages will be converted and sent as plain text. You may send attachments to your list, although our system will keep the attachment on our server, and put a clickable link in your email, to download the attachment.

Our inbox monitoring system will track messages sent to your list for all the major ISP's, and report whether your email was delivered to the inbox or not.

Our bounce re-delivery system will monitor rejection messages by all ISP's, and if the rejection message says your email is spam, our system will send a second message to your subscriber, pointing them to our web site displaying your email.

Premium Options

You may use Your Domain Name, instead of mail-list.com. You will need to setup mail forwarding at your web hosting company for the 10 email addresses that your list will use. We will provide you with detailed instructions after your list has been set up.

You may use our CGI server to provide a form for people to subscribe and unsubscribe from your web site. We will supply the HTML code to create the form, as well as the computer server to process the requests. You will copy and paste the HTML code into the web page(s) on your site.

You may keep a searchable web archive of all messages sent to your list. The search engine will only look at the emails sent to your list, so that people can easily find what has already been discussed. This web archive may be password protected.
