We have sent a separate email to these subscribers, notifying them
of the problem. †And pointing them to a copy of your email on our web
site - http://missing.mail-list.com/oncourse
We also sent an email to the postmaster of each of their domain
names, asking them to resolve the problem. †Their email looked
something like this

You are welcome to follow up with anybody listed above with a private
email, and ask them to investigate things from their end. †Please note
that if these error messages continue, we will remove the
subscriber(s) automatically for excessive bounces.

We use that address since this is a mailing list, and not personal
email from the list owners' personal address(es), in this case:
