Abuse Feedback Loop

Many ISP's have a "Report as Spam" button for their subscribers, and some of those ISP's share those results with mail-list.com.

That is, if a subscriber on a mailing list we operate, clicks on the "Report as Spam" button, we also get notified of this action, typically using the Abuse Feedback Reporting Format (ARF).

mail-list.com will then automatically remove the subscriber from the mailing list, as well as sending a short email to the ex-subscriber, explaining what happened.

mail-list.com currently participates with the following ISP's in this Feedback Loop program.

 Domain Name
AIRMAIL.NET
AOL.COM
COMCAST.COM
EXCITE.COM
HOTMAIL.COM
IWON.COM
MAIL.COM
OUTBLAZE.COM
RR.COM
USA.NET
YAHOO.COM

Since all of mail-list.com's mailing lists are confirmed opt-in, technically our emails are not spam. However, we are more than happy to remove anybody from our lists who no longer want to receive the email.

And we realize that many people use the "Report as Spam" button as a quick way to unsubscribe. In other cases, the subscriber has made a mistake. For instance, on AOL the "Report as Spam button is right next to the Delete button.
