1. Send a blank (no message) email to:
   yourlist-on@mail-list.com
   
   
2. Replace yourlist with the exact name of the list that you wish to join.
   Example: elvis-on@mail-list.com
   Example: rainy-day-on@mail-list.com
   
   
3. You must then Reply to the Confirmation email that will be sent to you.
   
   
4. Be sure to adjust any Spam Filters you have set up, so you can receive email from the list you joined.
