Dear Damon,
Customers setup their own spam filter at InReach. The customer can go into their spam filter and whitle list your IPs. All they have to do is go to www.inreach.com/spam and login with their email address and password. Once in they will need to click on Rules and then Hosts. They will then have to enter the IP and click on Go. It will bring them another page which they will change 'No Change' to ' Always Allow'. Once they do that they will need to click on Submit Changes. They will need to do this with every IP that you using for your mailing list.
