I want to compliment you on this email - it was informative and to the point, and contained all the info I needed to investigate (a rarity these days).

The connection in question seems to be the only one made in May for that user. I took a look at the newsletter etc., and it looks to me like it had a combonation of words/phrases that made it look like a series of spam attacks we've been getting ("business award" type offers) and so it triggered our filters (for just that email).
We do not whitelist non-NSHE institutions, but I have tried to adjust our spam filters a bit to let your newsletter through. You may retry at your convenience.
