We have fixed the problem. We do not maintain a set blacklist.
Our backup smtp server processed your newsletter and it mistakenly used the outdated relays.ordb.org service which returns positive now on every query, thus blocking yours (and all nonlocal) email.
The newsletter was not readable or is no longer on your site.
Please update your records: of these users, none are active at Berkeley. Change XXX to XXX and unsubscribe the rest.
sorry, we do not whitelist servers outside of the berkeley.edu domain.
