At this time we can not whitelist your IP addresses. The account you sent
to has not checked their e-mail in over a year. So if xxx@bscn.com
opted-in then it had to be over 1 year ago.

If you can send us information on when xxx@bscn.com opted in, then we can
look into adjusting our filters and blacklist to let messages from your
network through. I will also need a zipped copy of the bounced message to
using in adjusting our filters.
