Thank you for the notification. I have searched
through our logs and it appears the message scored
over twice the limit of our spam threshold.
I also see within the logs that this address, xxx@ruraltel.net, has received messages from other lists orignating from mail-list.com which are scoring well below this same threshold. There was also a message sent from the xxx@mail-list.com address in regards to the alphabetsoup mailing list subscription.
I have not seen any further messages which appear to be involving this mail list hitting our server at this time. Is this a message we could have you resend to our customer, or is there furter intervention needed to allow the customer to subscribe to the list?
From the logs it appears this is not necessarily an issue with your list in general, but the specific message that was sent. As I have looked through some of the messages from that domain they appear to be scoring fine and arriving to our customer's without issue.
If there appears to be an issue with this specific list or something that is may be an ongoing issue with the messages being returned as SPAM, I would also agree a possible additon to the whitelist may be needed.
I have also Cc'd xxx@ruraltel.net on this message as well.
